NoneMy PayPal Funds are on hold? - This is perfectly normal. It usually takes about 21 days to get the funds released from PayPal. If you provide PayPal the tracking information once your order has been shipped, they may release your funds sooner. To enter this tracking number, log into PayPal and go to the ‘transactions’ tab and from there select your order. You will then have the option to enter the tracking info.My Shopify order is showing “Pending” What does this mean? If the order shows as ‘pending’, this means the customer has paid via PayPal eCheque and so the payment can take up to 7 business days to process. You do not want to fulfil the order until it says ‘paid’ on shopify or until the payment has come through. My PayPal account is not connecting to my Shopify account. What should I do? The easiest way to make sure your PayPal account connects successfully to your shopify accountt is by making sure you sign up for paypal using the same email address as your shopify store’s email address. Once you sign up using the same email, you will then just need to confirm your PayPal account via your email and then you should be good to go. If you sign up to PayPal using a different email to that of your stores email, you will need o unlink the current paypal account from your store and relink the new account. To unlink and relink it, go into shopify settings > payment providers > then press ‘deactivate paypal’.Once it is reactivated, you will then have the option to relink the new account.PayPal has restricted my account- If PayPal has restricted your account, you will need to log into your PayPal account and provide them with the information they are after. Once you provide them with this information, they will then remove the restriction from your account. If your account is brand new and they restrict it, they will most likely just need you to go through and verify your personal details. So any time a restriction happens, be sure to log into your account and provide the details
